2015-16 NHL Western Conference Odds
LAS VEGAS, NV (The Spread) – The Chicago Blackhawks have opened as favorites to defend their Western Conference crown for 2015-16.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Blackhawks are 13/4 favorites to represent the Western Conference in the 2016 Stanley Cup. The Anaheim Ducks and Los Angeles Kings have the next best odds at 19/4, respectively, while the Minnesota Wild, Nashville Predators and St. Louis Blues are all 13/2, respectively.
The Blackhawks have won the Western Conference Finals three times since 2010 and have gone on to win the Stanley Cup in each of those years. The Kings have also won the conference twice in the past four years, winning in both 2012 and 2014, while the Canucks represented the West in the Cup Finals in 2011.
