Minnesota Vikings DFS Spin
Kirk Cousins completed 13-of-20 passes for 220 yards and three touchdowns in the Vikings’ 34-20, Week 9 win over the Lions. Cousins has attempted 30 passes in a game just twice this season and has totaled 34 throws over the last two weeks with Dalvin Cook smashing defenses on the ground with 478 total yards and six touchdowns Weeks 8-9. Cousins’ per-attempt numbers look great, however, and his three scores in this one went to Irv Smith (twice) and Ameer Abdullah, disappointing Adam Thielen and Justin Jefferson fantasy leaguers. Cousins will not be a recommended fantasy play next week at the Bears.
Chicago Bears DFS Spin
NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports Bears RB Lamar Miller will be elevated from the team’s practice squad to the active roster for Week 10 against the Vikings. David Montgomery has been ruled out this week so the Bears were down to Ryan Nall, Artavis Pierce, and Cordarrelle Patterson on the active roster. Miller hasn’t taken the field since 2018 because of an ACL injury and he wasn’t able to make the Patriots roster this summer. He’ll likely split work with Nall and Patterson in Week 10. He isn’t worth a look off the waiver wire for most fantasy teams.
Vikings vs. Bears Over/Under Betting Prediction
The under has cashed in 12 of the last 17 meetings in this series and is 5-1 in the last six meetings in Chicago. The under has also cashed in seven of the Vikings’ last nine appearances on Monday night and is 43-17 in their last 60 games after they scored more than 30 points in their previous game. On the other side, the under is 5-1 in the Bears’ last six games overall, is 5-1 in their last six games when they’re an underdog and has cashed in 12 of their last 15 home games.
MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL TOTAL PREDICTION: UNDER 43.5
