Updated 2012 Super Bowl Odds

(The Spread) – Oddsmakers have updated the odds for the 2012 Super Bowl and it’s no surprise to see which team is favored.

The Green Bay Packers are currently +160 favorites to win the Super Bowl in February. The defending champs were also favored back in February of 2011 when the opening odds were released, although at that time the Pack were +700.

The team with the next best odds to win this year’s Super Bowl is the New England Patriots, who are +350. The Patriots currently hold the No. 1 seed in the AFC and while their defense remains a huge question mark, Tom Brady and the offense remains as explosive as ever. The Pats’ opening odds to win the Super Bowl were +800.
