Will Mike Tomlin’s Steelers thrive once again in the underdog role when they visit the Eagles today? Will the Blues pull off a small upset against the struggling Rangers? Read on for our Sunday Cross-Sport Parlay.

Saturday Cross-Sport Parlay Prediction

My four-leg cross-sport parlay on Saturday consisted of the Kings (-106) over the Rangers, Army (-6.5) to cover against Navy, the Thunder (-5.5) to cover against the Rockets and Tennessee (-1.5) to cover versus Illinois. The Kings took care of business against the Rangers, winning 5-1 at Madison Square Garden. The Vols also won on a last-second layup (plus a foul) to take down the Illini. The Thunder used a big second half to destroy the Rockets, 111-96.

All we needed as an Army cover but as most of you know, Navy won outright. Perhaps playing more games than any team in college football this season eventually got to the Black Knights, who came out flat and never recovered.

NHL Sunday Cross-Sport Parlay Prediction: St. Louis Blues (+114), 6:10 p.m. ET

The Blues came off a lengthy road trip only to play a home game Thursday night against the Sharks, fly out to Dallas on Friday, square off with the Stars on Saturday night and then immediately fly out so they can host the Rangers tonight. That’s a quick turnaround for a team that had a daunting scheduled in the month of December.

That said, this Rangers team is a mess. With their 5-1 defeat to the Kings on Saturday, the Rangers have dropped three out of their last five games overall. They were favored in all five of those games, with their lone victory coming in Buffalo against the Sabres over that span. With issues at goaltender and offensively despite having the talent, I’m fading them tonight against a Blues squad that has been much more competitive since firing Drew Bannister and replacing him with Jim Montgomery.

NBA Sunday Cross-Sport Parlay Prediction: Dallas Mavericks -3 (-108), 8:40 p.m. ET

Despite losing 118-104 at Oklahoma City on December 10, the Mavericks are still hot. They’ve won eight out of their last 10 games, covering in seven of those 10 contests. They’re also 6-3 against the spread in their last nine games against the Warriors, barely missing an ATS win at Golden State last month. As for the Warriors, they’ve dropped seven out of their last 10 games and while they did cover in three out of their last four, they’re not catching many points tonight. I’ll lay said points with Dallas.

NFL Sunday Cross-Sport Parlay Prediction: Pittsburgh Steelers +5.5 (-110), 4:25 p.m. ET

Mike Tomlin as a home dog. Enough said.

Okay, I’ll add more. The Eagles feel combustible. Perhaps the Jalen Hurts and A.J. Brown stuff is overblown, but there’s something there. The Eagles have overcome whatever friction exists between the two players, but they barely got by the Panthers last week. Their passing game also isn’t right and now they’ll face a Pittsburgh defense that is one of the best in the league. Russell Wilson is also a confident quarterback and has breathed new life into Arthur Smith’s offense.

Oh, and Mike Tomlin is an underdog.
