Steelers’ 2015-16 NFL Betting Odds
PITTSBURGH, PA (The Spread) – The Steelers won 11 games a season ago but oddsmakers have posted Pittsburgh’s win total for 2015 below double digits for 2015.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Steelers’ over/under for wins in 2015 has been set at 8.5. They’re also 25/1 to win the 2016 Super Bowl, 10/1 to win the AFC Conference Championship and 11/5 to win the AFC North Division.
This offseason the Steelers gave quarterback Ben Roethlisberger a new contract and brought in veteran running back DeAngelo Williams. In the draft they took linebacker Bud Dupree of Kentucky and nabbed defensive back Senquez Golson in the second round. Receiver Sammie Coates was added in the third round to help compliment Roethlisberger, Le’Veon Bell and Antonio Brown in Pittsburgh’s offense.
Among the Steelers’ offseason losses were linebacker Jason Worilds, cornerback Ike Taylor and long-time safety Troy Polamalu, who retired after 12 seasons in the NFL.
