Pittsburgh Steelers Betting Trends

The Steelers are 11-5-1 against the spread in their last 17 games played in October, are 21-8-2 against the number in their last 31 road games versus a team with a winning home record and are 20-8 at the betting window in their last 28 games after allowing more than 150 yards rushing in their previous game. That said, they’re also just 1-4-1 against the spread in their last six games played in Week 4.

Baltimore Ravens Betting Trends

The Ravens are an impressive 10-1 against the spread in their last 11 games versus AFC North opponents, are 5-1 against the number in their last six home games, and have covered in seven of their last 10 games versus AFC foes. Where they have struggled is coming off a loss, where they are just 4-13-2 against the spread in their last 19 games.

OUR PREDICTION: Ben Roethlisberger continues to have issues on the road compared to at home but I don’t see how Joe Flacco and Co. keep up this afternoon. Flacco has been highly ineffective after missing all of preseason recovering from a back injury and with the amount of problems the team has along its offensive line, I don’t see how the Ravens move the ball today. Baltimore’s defense is much better than what it showed a week ago in London but the bottom line is that it still got lit up by Blake Bortles and had no time to decompress after flying cross-country Despite the fact that the Steelers are on the road and this is a rivalry game, I don’t like much about the Ravens’ chances this afternoon.
