Seahawks-Eagles line on the move
PHILADELPHIA, PA (The Spread) – The line in the Seattle-Philadelphia has seen significant movement leading up to kickoff at 4:25PM ET. The Seahawks are now favored on the road.
The Eagles opened as 1-point home favorites for today’s game according to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, but the line has now jumped the fence. With just over 60% of public bettors backing Seattle, the Seahawks are now 2-point road favorites over the Eagles today.
The line movement is also significant if you’re a believer of trends. The favorite is 5-2 against the spread in the last seven meetings between these two teams while the road team is 6-1 against the number in the last seven games between these two non-divisional foes.
The Seahawks are also 8-2 against the spread in their last 10 games in December, 19-7 ATS in their last 16 games versus a team with a winning record and 35-16 ATS in their last 51 games versus NFC opponents. While the Eagles are a perfect 4-0 against the number in their last four games, they’re also 2-6 ATS in their last eight December games and 1-6-1 ATS in their last eight home games versus a team with a winning road record.
