I think this game is going to turn into a shootout. Both defenses have struggled at times and the Packers seem to be picking up some steam on offense. That should carry over against this poor Tampa defense. I expect the Bucs to get a little boost on offense as well with Winston returning to action. Look for plenty of touchdowns in this one and the over to hit.
