Bears vs. Titans Prediction
Will the Titans cover as a small home favorite today when they host the Bears at 1:00PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Titans are 3.5-point home favorites versus the Bears, while the over/under currently sits at 43 points. The point spread has not moved off that 3.5-point figure but the total has dropped from 44.5 down to 43.
CHICAGO BEARS: The Bears picked up their first preseason win last week, defeating the Cardinals 24-23 in Arizona. Mike Glennon was 13-of-18 for 89 yards with one touchdown and one interception in the victory, while rookie Mitchell Trubisky went 6-for-8 for 60 yards and a touchdown. Tarik Cohen also rushed 11 times for 77 yards.
TENNESSEE TITANS: The Titans also won last week, beating the Panthers 34-27 at home. Marcus Mariota completed 6-of-8 passes for 61 yards and a touchdown in the win, while David Fluellen rushed 10 times for 76 yards and added a touchdown. Tre McBride led the team in receiving with four catches for 73 yards.

OUR PREDICTION: With this being a dress rehearsal for the regular season, the Titans should be able to move the ball multiple times in the first half when they face the Bears’ starters. Anything could happen in the second half when the backups enter the game, but I like Tennessee’s depth better anyway.
NFL PRESEASON PREDICTION: TENNESSEE TITANS -3.5
