Jets vs. Chargers Week 11 Prediction
The Chargers have had issues holding onto fourth quarter leads but they weren’t in it last Sunday versus the Dolphins. While they should pick up a victory over the winless Jets at 4:05 p.m. ET today, are the Bolts a good bet to cover as double-digit favorites?

New York Jets DFS Notes
Sam Darnold (shoulder) won’t play in Week 11 against the Chargers. Coach Adam Gase said Darnold will be on an “interval throwing program” but won’t be an option for injured reserve. It’s clearly an ominous sign for his outlook moving forward that Darnold can’t even attend practice following an extended rest during the team’s bye. Darnold himself said “it’s a smart decision not to play” since his shoulder has “gotta heal.” Joe Flacco, who flashed for 263 yards and three touchdowns prior to New York’s bye, will continue to start in the interim.
L.A. Chargers DFS Notes
Justin Herbert completed 20-of-32 passes for 187 yards with two touchdowns and an interception in Week 10 against the Dolphins. Herbert also had a rushing touchdown, scoring on a first-half QB sneak. This was one of his worst games, with Herbert getting held under 250 yards for the first time this season. Herbert hit Hunter Henry and Keenan Allen on his touchdowns, with the latter not coming until late in the fourth quarter. On the bright side, Herbert has at least three TDs in four of the last five games. Herbert will be one of the top quarterback plays as he looks for his first win in Week 11 against the Jets.
Jets vs. Chargers Prediction
The Jets are 7-3 against the spread in their last 10 games against the Chargers while the underdog has covered in four of the last five meetings. The Chargers, meanwhile, are 1-7-1 against the spread in their last nine games as a home favorite, are 0-5 against the number in their last five games played in November and are 3-7 against the spread in their last 10 games as a favorite.
