New York Giants DFS Spin
Daniel Jones completed 21-of-28 passes for 244 yards and rushed for 62 yards and a touchdown in the Giants’ Week 10 win over the Eagles. This was Jones’ second career win against a non-Washington opponent, and it was one of Jones better games of the season. He didn’t turn over the ball and broke off a few big runs, including a 34-yard touchdown on a keeper up the middle. Jones’ athleticism keeps him alive in fantasy when the Giants are facing below-average teams, but the New York offense remains a total rollercoaster with more busts than booms. Consider Jones a low-end QB2 play against the Bengals in Week 12 after the upcoming bye.
Cincinnati Bengals DFS Spin
NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reports Brandon Allen will start Week 12 against the Giants. He gets the start over Ryan Finley. Allen was just called up from the practice squad this week, but the Bengals feel comfortable enough to start him down the stretch with Joe Burrow (knee) out for the season. Allen struggled in three spot starts for the Broncos last year, completing 46% of his passes with a 3:2 TD/INT ratio. Even in a favorable matchup with the Giants’ secondary, the entire Bengals offense should be downgraded with Allen starting.
Giants vs. Bengals Betting Prediction
The under is 4-1 in the Giants’ last five games overall, is 4-1 in their last five road games and has cashed in seven of their last nine games after accumulating more than 150 yards rushing in their previous contest. On the other side, the under is 3-1-1 in the Bengals’ last five games played in the month of November, including last week when Cincinnati could only muster nine points against the Football Team in Washington. The Bengals have been held to 10 or fewer points in back-to-back games and their offense doesn’t figure to improve without Burrow.
