Bills vs. Commanders Public Betting Information

Our NFL Public Betting Information page indicates that the public favors the Bills in this game. According to our numbers, 70% of public bets are on Buffalo -6.5. Buffalo Bills DFS Spin

Buffalo will be without star edge rusher Von Miller in this contest. Miller has been on the PUP list since the beginning of the year as he works his way back from a torn ACL last season. Miller is eligible to play in Week 5 but he is unsure if he’ll be ready to go by then. In his stead, Buffalo has been deploying defensive ends Leonard Floyd and Greg Rousseau. Floyd leads the Bills with 1.5 sacks this season.

Bills starting cornerback Tre’Davious White has been tending to a personal matter, and he’s listed as questionable for Sunday’s tilt with the Commanders. White has 6 total tackles in 2 games of action for the Bills this season.

Washington Commanders DFS Spin

Commanders starting tight end Logan Thomas has been ruled out for Sunday’s game with a concussion. Thomas has 6 catches for 65 yards and a touchdown across 2 games for Washington this year.

Washington starting strong safety Kamren Curl has been dealing with an illness this week, and he’s listed as questionable for Sunday’s home tilt with Buffalo. Curl leads the Commanders with 19 total tackles on the campaign.

The Commanders will likely have two of their better skill players ready to go this weekend. Running back Brian Robinson and wide receiver Curtis Samuel were both dealing with hip injuries, but they’re both probable to play this Sunday.

Since 2018, Commanders coach Ron Rivera is 12-3-1 ATS the week following an outright win as an underdog.

Ron Rivera is 22-16-1 ATS as a home underdog.

In the last five years, teams are 24-10 ATS in their next game after playing in Denver the week before. Washington won 35-33 at Denver last Sunday.

Bills vs. Commanders Prediction:

It’s not often that a 2-0 team is an underdog by nearly a touchdown at home. But that’s the situation the Washington Commanders find themselves in this weekend. Washington notched wins over Arizona at home and Denver on the road to open the year. They won those games by a combined 6 points. Even so, the Commanders’ defense has largely stood tall as they rank in the top half of the league in opponent yards per play, takeaways per game, and sacks per game. Washington’s defense might be legit, and their quarterback Sam Howell may be better than many thought.

Buffalo may be looking ahead on Sunday. The Bills have a massive division showdown at home against Miami in Week 4, and they may be more focused on that game than this one in Maryland on Sunday. I’m also a bit worried about Josh Allen’s turnovers as he threw 3 interceptions and lost a fumble in the Bills’ Week 1 road loss to the Jets. When you put it all together, I think Washington has a chance to surprise some people and the Commanders should be right in this game until the end.

NFL WEEK 3 PREDICTION: WASHINGTON COMMANDERS +6.5
