The Patriots have been a good bet over the years when coming off a loss but that was when they had Tom Brady under center. Will Cam Newton lead they to a rebound victory over the 49ers when the two teams meet at 4:25 p.m. ET in Foxborough?

49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said there’s an “outside chance” Tevin Coleman (knee, IR) returns in Week 8.Coleman is over a month removed from his knee injury. That lines him up with the four week timetable he was given in late September. Coleman would likely be returning to a starting role with Raheem Mostert (ankle, IR) and Jeff Wilson (questionable, calf) sidelined. Jerick McKinnon and JaMycal Hasty will lead the 49ers’ Week 7 committee.
New England Patriots DFS Spin
Patriots RB James White (undisclosed) did not practice Thursday. White’s absence is not injury related. If White misses Friday’s practice, fantasy managers should make alternate plans at the flex spot. Leading the Patriots in targets over the past two weeks, White makes for an OK option in PPR leagues this week against the 49ers.
