Raiders vs. Broncos Free Pick
DENVER, CO (The Spread) – Will the Broncos cover as a double-digit favorite today with the No. 2 playoff seed on the line against the Raiders at 4:25PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Broncos are 14-point home favorites over the Raiders while the over/under total is currently sitting at 47.5 points. With their loss to the Bengals on Monday night the Broncos can no longer secure homefield advantage throughout the playoffs but there’s still plenty to play for today as they look to at least wrap up a first-round bye.
The favorite is 4-0-1 against the spread in the last five meetings between these two teams while the Raiders are a winless 0-5-1 against the number in their last six games overall versus the Broncos. Oakland is also 1-7-1 against the spread in its last nine games following a straight up win, too.
On the other side, the Broncos are 4-0 against the spread in their last four games versus AFC West opponents and 8-1 ATS in their last nine games following a straight up loss. Look for Denver’s defense to respond to a brutal showing on Cincinnati by putting together a complete effort versus Oakland’s inconsistent offense today. This should be a rout.
