Tom Brady Super Bowl Prop Odds
INDIANAPOLIS, IN (The Spread) – The Patriots have largely been the team of the new millennium and a lot of that has to do with Tom Brady. Here is a look at what oddsmakers expect of him at Super Bowl XLVI.
The quarterback position draws a lot of attention from oddsmakers at the Super Bowl. If you are looking to make a wager on Tom Brady, there are plenty to choose from. You can go with the straight up over/under odds on things like completions, passing yards, or rushing yards. But, you can also get specific on those stats to attempt to make a big payout.
When it comes to touchdown passes for Brady, you can place a wager on any amount of touchdowns. The favorite according to oddsmakers is 2 TD passes, which has 9/5 odds. Brady threw for 39 TD’s during the regular season, which was an average of 2.4 per game. He also has 6 TD’s in two playoff games, but they all came against the Broncos. In a 24-20 loss to the Giants earlier this season, Brady threw 2 TD passes.
For pass attempts, Brady has been given over/under odds of 39.5. On the season, Brady averaged just over 38 passing attempts per game. In the playoffs, he is averaging 35 pass attempts per game. In 18 games, Brady has only thrown at least 40 passes six times. In the loss to the Giants, Brady did throw an amazing 49 passes, only completing 28 of them.
Brady also has been given a money line of -140 to throw an interception in the game, while having odds of +110 to not thrown an INT. Brady had 12 INT’s during the regular season and has three in the playoffs. In the loss to the Giants earlier this season, he threw 2 INT’s. The Giants had 20 INT’s during the regular season.
