MIAMI, FL (The Spread) – Two teams that fell in Week 1 will look to rebound in Week 2 when the Dolphins host the Raiders at 1:00PM ET on Sunday.

OAKLAND: The Raiders had multiple special teams gaffs on Monday night, which contributed to their 22-14 loss to the Chargers. They failed to cover as 1-point home favorites and the combined score fell well under the posted total of 47.5 points. Carson Palmer threw for 297 yards in the loss while Darren McFadden rushed for just 32 yards but added 86 receiving yards. Oakland hopes to have its long-snapping issues figured out before Sunday.

MIAMI: The Texans gave Ryan Tannehill a very rude welcome to the NFL last week, handing the Dolphins a 30-10 defeat. Taneehill completed 20-of-36 passes for 219 yards with no touchdowns and three interceptions. He was also sacked three times for 23 yards and finished with a QB rating of just 39.0. Reggie Bush was Miami’s leading rushing as he carried the ball 14 times for 69 yards. He also caught six passes for 46 yards as Miami failed to cover as a 12.5-point underdog.

ODDS: The Raiders opened as 1-point favorites but the spread has jumped to 2.5 as 83% of the NFL betting public currently favors Oakland. The total for this game is 37.5.
