Patriots vs. Eagles Week 12 Odds

PHILADELPHIA, PA (The Spread) – In a rematch of the 2005 Super Bowl, the Eagles will host the Patriots at 4:15PM ET on Sunday.

NEW ENGLAND: The Patriots cruised to a 34-3 win over the Chiefs on Monday night and now own a two-game lead in the AFC East over the Jets and Bills. Tom Brady connected with Rob Gronkowski for two touchdowns and now the tight end leads the team with 10 total scores. Brady has a team-high 3,266 passing yards while Wes Welker has 1,028 receiving yards on the year.

PHILADELPHIA: Just when you thought the Eagles were finished, they win a huge game to pull themselves back into the NFC playoff picture. Granted, at 4-6 they still have a ways to go to catch up but their 17-10 shocker over the Giants on Sunday night proved that Philly is still a dangerous foe. Vince Young started for the injured Michael Vick and while he made plenty of mistakes, his touchdown pass to Riley Cooper in the back of the end zone late in the fourth quarter helped the Eagles knock off the Giants in surprising fashion. If the Eagles truly wanted to get back into the playoff race then they’ll need to win this Sunday at home against the Pats.
