Week 1 NFL Preseason Odds
(The Spread) – The point spreads and over/under totals are out for Week 1 in NFL’s preseason.
The preseason action gets kicked off on Thursday of this week, with five games dominating the schedule. Perhaps the most intriguing matchup on this night is Baltimore vs. Philadelphia, as the re-tooled Eagles will host the Ravens at 7:30PM ET. According to oddsmakers, the Eagles are 3-point favorites over the visiting Ravens while the over/under total is just 34 points.
On Friday, NFL fans will get their first look at rookie quarterback Andy Dalton as the Bengals head to Detroit to play the Lions at 7:30PM ET. The Lions have opened as 4.5-point favorites over the Bengals, who also figure to give rookie fourth overall pick A.J. Green plenty of playing time as well.

On Saturday, the defending Super Bowl champion Green Bay Packers will travel to Cleveland where they’re 1.5-point road favorites against the Browns at 7:30PM ET. The Colts will also be in action on this night, although they won’t have Peyton Manning (surgery) when they take on Sam Bradford and the Rams at 8:00PM ET. With Manning out, St. Louis is a 6.5-point home favorite over Indy.
Week 1’s preseason action will wrap up on Monday night when the Texans host the Jets at 8:00PM ET. Oddsmakers currently list Houston as a 2.5-point favorite over Rex Ryan’s squad, while the over/under is currently sitting at 34.5 points.
