SEATTLE: The Seahawks are 5-7 on the season following a 31-14 win over Philadelphia last week. The Seahawks have now won three of their last four games and they are 3-3 at home and 7-4-1 against the spread. Seattle has hit the over in 7 of 12 games. Seattle’s offense is averaging 18 points and 298 yards per game, but they have had to rely on their running game in recent weeks. Marshawn Lynch has run for 854 yards and eight touchdowns this season. Lynch has run for over 100 yards in four of his last five games. Seattle actually has a pretty strong defense as the Seahawks are giving up only 20.5 points per game. They are also holding opponents to only 103 rushing yards per game.
ODDS: Oddsmakers have made the Seattle Seahawks the favorite in this game, giving Seattle a point spread of -10 against St. Louis on Monday night. The over/under total has been set at 37 points.
