Texans vs. Broncos Odds
DENVER, CO (TheSpread) – The Denver Broncos continue the Tim Tebow experiment on Sunday when they host the struggling Houston Texans.
The Broncos are 3-11 on the season and 2-4 at home while the Texans are 5-9 on the season and 2-5 on the road. Trends show that the Texans are 1-7 against the point spread odds in their last eight games on grass and 1-4 ATS in their last five road games overall.

Opening odds had the Texans favored by 3 points but the spread has since fallen back to 2.5 points. The over/under total opened at 48 points but has quickly climbed up to 49.5.
The Broncos are 4-10 against the point spread odds this season and have went over the point total in 9 of 14 games. Denver has lost five-straight games and last week, the Broncos let Tebow make his first start. He threw for 138 yards and 1 touchdown on 8-of-16 passing while also rushing for 78 yards and a score in a 39-23 loss to Oakland. On the year, Denver is averaging just 20.9 points per game on offense while giving up 29.6 points per game on defense.
Houston is 4-9-1 against the point spread odds this season and has went over the point total in 10 of 14 games. The Texans have lost three straight and seven of their last eight games in total. The Texans are averaging 23.8 points per game this season but their defense is allowing 27.6 points per game. Arian Foster is leading the team with 1,345 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns.
In terms of injuries, Houston receiver Andre Johnson is questionable with an ankle injury while Denver running back Knowshon Moreno is probable with a rib injury.
