Falcons vs. Buccaneers Odds
TAMPA, FL (TheSpread) – The battle for the NFC South takes a stop in Tampa Bay on Sunday as the Buccaneers host the Atlanta Falcons at 4:15PM ET.
Tampa Bay is 7-4 on the year and 3-2 at home while Atlanta is 9-2 overall and 3-2 on the road. Trends show that the Falcons are just 1-6 against the spread in their last seven games against Tampa Bay while the under has hit in 4 of the last 5 games in this series.

Opening odds had Atlanta favored by 3 points but the spread has since dropped a point. The over/under total hasn’t changed since opening at 44 points.
Tampa Bay is coming off a 17-10 loss to Baltimore last week which ended a two-game winning streak. The Bucs have been competitive in nearly every game, as their last two losses have been by seven points or less. On the year, the Bucs average just 19.9 points per game and allow just 20.3 points per game. Josh Freeman leads the team with 2,261 yards and 15 touchdowns.
Atlanta has won five straight games including a 20-17 win at home over Green Bay last week. The Falcons had scored at least 26 points in their last four wins prior to last week. On the year, Atlanta is averaging 25.1 points per game and allowing only 19 per game. Matt Ryan has thrown for 2,715 yards and 19 touchdowns to lead the team while only throwing five interceptions.
In terms of injuries, Atlanta running back Jason Snelling is questionable with a hamstring injury while Tampa Bay linebacker Quincy Black is questionable with an ankle injury.
Over 18,300 public bets have been placed on this game and Atlanta is getting 73% of the wagers at -2 against Tampa Bay on Sunday.
