FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. (AP) -A win over South Carolina combined with Alabama’s loss to LSU has Arkansas eyeing a possible BCS bowl game.
That is, if everything falls just right for the No. 14 Razorbacks (7-2, 4-2 Southeastern Conference), who host UTEP in a non-conference game on Saturday.
Arkansas put together its most complete performance of the season in the 41-20 win at South Carolina last Saturday. The Razorbacks outgained the Gamecocks 443-295 in yards, with 303 coming through the air from quarterback Ryan Mallett.
The win was Arkansas’ third straight in the SEC after a 65-43 loss at Auburn.
