Three QB’s

Ann Arbor, MI – Michigan coach Rich Rodriguez says he plans to use three quarterbacks in the season opener against Western Michigan.

Rodriguez spent about the first 10 minutes of his news conference Sunday answering questions about freshmen Tate Forcier (FOR’-see-ay) and Denard Robinson, who are competing for snaps along with junior Nick Sheridan.

Robinson became the story of media day because he hasn’t tied the laces of his cleats since he started playing football at the age of 7.
It hasn’t slowed him down.
He starred for Deerfield Beach High School last season and at the Florida 4A track and field championships.
Michigan makes Robinson tape his ankles for practice, but doesn’t plan to force him to tie his laces for games.
