Navy vs. Notre Dame Odds
No. 15 Notre Dame looks to bounce back from its first loss of the season on Saturday when it hosts Navy at 3:30PM ET on NBC.
According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Notre Dame is the favorite at home in this one, as the Irish are getting odds of -14.5 points against the Midshipmen. The over/under total for the game has been set at 55.5 points. Notre Dame has won four straight against Navy, but the Midshipmen are 4-2 against the spread in the last six against the Irish. These two have hit the over in five straight meetings.
Notre Dame is 4-1 on the season, 4-1 against the spread and 3-2 with the under. The Irish are coming off a 24-22 loss at Clemson last week for their first loss. ND is now averaging 37.2 points and 512.4 yards per game on offense while the defense is giving up just 20.6 points and 332.4 yards per game. ND is being led by C.J. Prosise, who has 650 rushing yards with six touchdowns while DeShone Kizer has thrown for 862 yards and seven touchdowns while rushing for 119 yards and two scores. Will Fuller has added 24 receptions for 491 yards and six touchdowns.
Navy is 4-0 on the season, 4-0 against the spread and 2-2 with the over/under total. Navy has yet to really be challenged this season, as it has won all four games by double digits. Navy is putting up 38.5 points and 406 yards per game, including 339.8 rushing yards per contest. The Navy defense is holding opponents to 15 points and 333 yards per game. The Midshipmen are led by Keenan Reynolds, who has rushed for 488 yards and nine touchdowns while throwing for 265 yards and two scores. Chris Swain has added 361 rushing yards and four touchdowns.
