The ninth week of the 2009 NCAA Football Season had some surprising upsets that had the betting public scratching their heads.

No. 18 Miami was a 6.5-point road favorite heading to

Wake
Forest according to online sportsbook SPORTSBETTING.com. 89 percent of the public bets went with Hurricanes, but the Demon Deacons racked up 555 yards of offense and led Miami for most of the game before the Hurricanes scored 14 fourth-quarter points to get a 28-27 victory.
