The 2015-16 Men’s College Basketball Season gets started tonight. Here is a look at the odds for some of today’s featured Top-25 games.
The featured game today has No. 9 Gonzaga taking on Pittsburgh at 7PM ET from Camp Foster in Okinawa, Japan. According to oddsmakers at MyBookie, Gonzaga is a slight favorite in this game, as the Bulldogs are getting odds of -3.5 points against Pittsburgh tonight. The over/under total has yet to be set. Pitt is coming off a 19-15 season a year ago while Gonzaga was 35-3. These two have no recent meetings, but Pittsburgh is 0-4 against the spread in its last 4 non-conference games and 2-5 ATS in its last 7 neutral-site games.
Another featured game today has Temple taking on No. 1 North Carolina at 7PM ET from Alumni Hall in Annapolis, Maryland. Oddsmakers have UNC as the favorite in this game, as the Heels are getting odds of -9.5 points against Temple. The over/under total has yet to be set. Temple was 26-11 last season while North Carolina went 26-12. Temple is 1-6 against the spread in its last 7 at a neutral site and 1-4 ATS in its last 5 against ACC opponents. UNC is 7-3 ATS in its last 10 at a neutral site.
The final game of note has No. 7 Iowa State taking on Colorado at 5PM ET from the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, SD. Oddsmakers have Iowa State favored in this game, as the Cyclones are getting odds of -8.5 points against the Buffaloes. The over/under total has yet to be set. Iowa State was 25-9 last season while Colorado was 16-18. The Cyclones lost coach Fred Hoiberg to the NBA in the offseason. Iowa State is 9-4-1 against the spread in its last 14 at a neutral site while Colorado is 0-4 ATS in its last 4 non-conference games.
