Purdue vs. Oregon CBB Prediction:
The Boilermakers have been scorching hot since the calendar flipped to 2025. Since January 2, in five Big Ten contests, Purdue is 5-0 straight up and 5-0 against the spread. The Boilermakers have won each of those games by at least 11 points. Purdue last played at Washington on Wednesday, January 15th. The Boilers won that game 69-58.
Oregon last played on Sunday against Penn State, winning that contest at home 82-81. That means that Purdue will have less time to rest up than Oregon. But the numbers show that this might not be a problem for the Boilermakers. Since the start of the 2023 season, Purdue is 10-5 ATS when playing with the rest disadvantage. For that reason, among others, I’m taking Purdue and the points on the road on Saturday afternoon.
