Home team cashing in WVU vs. OK
NORMAN, OK (The Spread) – Big 12 rivals clash at the Lloyd Noble Center tonight at 8:00PM ET when Oklahoma hosts West Virginia.
The home team is a perfect 4-0 against the spread in the last four meetings between these two teams and so is the favorite over that span. The Mountaineers, meanwhile, are just 2-5 at the betting window in their last seven games versus the Sooners but they are 4-1 ATS in their last five road games.
On the other side, the Sooners are 7-2 against the spread in their last nine home games and are a profitable 11-5 ATS in their last 16 conference games. They’re 4-1 against the number in their last five home games versus a team with a winning road record as well.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, Oklahoma is a 6-point home favorite for tonight’s game versus West Virginia after opening as a 4.5-point favorite. The total, meanwhile, has yet to be released for tonight’s game.
