According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, Duke is a 32.5-point favorite over Elon while the over/under total is currently sitting at 148.5 points. The Blue Devils opened as 31.5-point favorites but the line has climbed, while the total opened at 150 before the number dropped.
