Harris scored nine points in the final fives minutes of play to prevent a Marquette comeback and secure the victory. He tied his season-high for assists and snapped a three-game Butler slide with great ball movement. After missing five three-pointers over the last two games, he shot 50 percent from beyond the arc and tied his season-high for treys. The sophomore will look to keep Butler rolling against DePaul on Tuesday.

Julian Champagnie contributed 13 points (6-16 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 0-1 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists and one block across 37 minutes during Sunday’s 63-60 loss to UConn. Champagnie sustained a hip injury earlier in the week, but it didn’t prevent him from suiting up, recording a double-double and playing his minutes in the last seven games. St. John’s still fell without point guard and second-leading scorer Posh Alexander (ankle) available, but it looks like Champagnie will be in the clear moving forward, at least.
