Friday’s Big Ten Tournament Trends
CHICAGO, IL (The Spread) – The quarterfinal round of the Big Ten Tournament will take place today in Chicago and here’s a look at the spreads for the four matchups.

According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, Wisconsin is a 14-point favorite over Michigan today at 12:00PM ET, although the underdog is on a series run for bettors. The dog in this series is now 11-1 against the spread in the last 12 meetings between these two teams.
At 2:25PM ET Penn State will take on Purdue, which is a 5.5-point favorite after opening as a 5-point favorite. With the total sitting at 133, the under is 16-6 in the last 22 meetings between these two teams.
Maryland will host Indiana at 6:30PM ET and is a 2.5-point favorite while the over/under is sitting at 147.5 points. The favorite in this series is 4-1 at the betting window in the last five meetings between these two teams.
And in the night game, Ohio State is a 1.5-point favorite over Michigan State while the over/under total is sitting at 137.5 points. While the under is 5-2 in the last seven meetings between these two teams, the underdog is 8-3-1 against the spread in the last 12 meetings.
