According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Kentucky is the favorite to win, as the Wildcats are getting odds of 3/1 to win. The other short odds to win are Arizona (8/1), Wisconsin (9/1) and Duke (10/1).

Kentucky reached the title game last season, but lost to Connecticut. The Wildcats have a number of strong talent returning from last season, to go along with another impressive recruiting class. Kentucky has won the NCAA Tournament eight times.

Arizona reached the Elite 8 this season and lost in OT to Wisconsin in its attempt to reach the Final Four. Arizona won its lone NCAA Tournament in 1997.

Duke lost in the second round of the NCAA Tournament to Mercer and lost top player Jabari Parker to the NBA Draft, but the Blue Devils have been a consistent contender in college basketball. Duke has won the NCAA Tournament four times, the last time coming in 2010.

Wisconsin reached the Final Four last season, but lost to Kentucky in the national semifinal. The Badgers last won the NCAA Tournament in 1941.
