The tournament begins Tuesday with four games featuring the 3-10 seeds that will be played on the campuses of the lower seed. On Friday, two more games will take place featuring the winners of Tuesday games and be played at Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The semifinals take place on Saturday with top-seeded Milwaukee and No. 2 seed Butler playing the two remaining teams. The championship will then take place on Tuesday, Mar. 8.

The Bulldogs are the favorite to win according to oddsmakers from online sportsbook SBGGLOBAL.com as they have 3/1 odds to win. Other short odds to win are Wisconsin-Milwaukee (3/1) and Cleveland State (5/1).

Wisconsin-Milwaukee won the No. 1 seed but finished tied for first in conference play with Butler and Cleveland State. Milwaukee has won three tournament titles, the last coming in 2006.

Butler has won two of the last three tournaments and six overall. They will be the second seed and miss the first two rounds.

Cleveland State has the toughest road for a team that shared the regular season title, as it is the No. 3 seed and will have to win four games to win the tournament. Cleveland State won the 2009 championship, its only Horizon Tournament title in history.
