Magic 5-0 ATS in last 5 vs. Hawks
ATLANTA, GA (The Spread) – The Magic are double-digit underdogs tonight in Atlanta but they’ve been a solid play for bettors against the Hawks.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Hawks are now 11-point home favorites over the Magic after opening as a 12.5-point favorite. The total for tonight’s 7:30PM ET tip off is sitting at 197 after opening at 199.
Orlando might be 19-40 on the year and just 10-21 on the road, but the Magic are 31-27 against the spread and are a perfect 5-0 against the number in their last five games versus the Hawks. They’re also 4-1 against the spread in their last five games in Atlanta while the underdog is also 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings overall between these two teams.
Despite their ugly record overall, the Magic are also 6-2-1 against the spread in their last nine games overall and 4-1-1 ATS in their last six games playing on only one day of rest. They’re 19-9 against the spread in their last 28 road games as well.
