Cavs have been great bet vs. Grizzlies

The Cavs dropped their season opener in Chicago on Tuesday night but tonight could be an opportunity for bettors to back Cleveland. The Cavs will visit the Grizzlies at 7:00PM ET.

The Cavs are an impressive 13-3 against the spread in their last 16 games versus the Grizzlies and are 4-1 against the number in their last five games in Memphis. The over has also been profitable, hitting in nine of the last 10 games played in Memphis between these two teams.

Dating back to last season, Cleveland hasn’t been a great bet playing on back-to-back days, however. The Cavs are just 2-5 at the betting window in their last seven games playing on no rest, but they’re 15-6 ATS in their last 21 games versus the Western Conference.

Oddsmakers from online sports book Mybookie.ag currently list the Grizzlies as a 6-point home favorite versus the Cavs while the over/under currently sits at 186.5 points, down from 189.
