Hawks vs. Cavs Game 3 Odds
CLEVELAND, OH (TheSpread) – The Cleveland Cavaliers can put the Atlanta Hawks on the brink of elimination when the two meet tonight at 8:30PM ET in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals.
Cleveland is 63-31 on the season, 35-11 at home and 46-48 against the spread. Atlanta is 68-28 overall, 28-19 on the road and 55-39 against the spread. The Cavaliers took a 2-0 series lead with a 94-82 win in Game 2 in Atlanta. The Cavaliers have covered the spread in both games in this series and the two have hit the under in three straight meetings. Both teams have key injuries coming into the game as Atlanta is without guard Kyle Korver for the playoffs with an ankle injury while center Al Horford is questionable with a knee issue. Cleveland guard Kyrie Irving is questionable with a knee injury as well.
According to oddsmakers at online sports book GT Bets, the Cavaliers are the clear favorite in Game 3 tonight, as Cleveland is getting odds of -9 points against the Hawks. The over/under total for the game has been set at 190 points.
Cleveland slowly grinded out the Hawks in Game 2, as the Cavs established an early lead and never the let Atlanta get into the driver’s seat. LeBron James had another solid outing, posting 30 points with 11 assists and nine rebounds while Tristan Thompson pulled down 16 rebounds and scored seven points. The Hawks were spread out in scoring, as four different players had double figures, but Jeff Teague led the team with 12 points and six assists.
