Monday’s NBA DFS Predictions
The NBA Playoffs have just two games on the schedule for Monday night, making the Daily Fantasy options a little thin. Here’s our suggest plays for the two games.
Point Guard – 76ers’ Ben Simmons (vs. Miami, 8PM ET) $9,700
Simmons got back to playing full minutes in Game 1 of this series against the Heat, posting 52.25 fantasy points. He nearly had a triple-double, finishing just one rebound shy. With Embiid continuing to be out, Simmons is the man for Philadelphia and I think he will have another big game.
Shooting Guard – 76ers’ Marco Belinelli (vs. Miami, 8PM ET) $4,800
Belinelli has been a big scoring spark for the 76ers during their win streak and he put up 25 points on 9 of 17 shooting in Game 1. While his minutes tend to vary, if he is able to make shots he will play plenty of minutes. He has put up 29 fantasy points or more in five of his last six games.
Small Forward – Heat’s Justise Winslow (at Philadelphia, 8PM ET) $5,100
Winslow is someone that just grabs a diverse amount of stats and plays a lot of minutes for Miami. He had nine points, five assists and seven rebounds in Game 1 and I think he can produce a similar stat line, if not better, in Game 2. He has put up 28 fantasy points ore more in two straight and is a good option for a low price tonight.
Power Forward – Warriors’ Draymond Green (vs. San Antonio, 10:30PM ET) $7,700
Draymond got back to his old self in Game 1 on Saturday, producing a near triple-double. While not shooting particularly well, Green still scored 45.5 fantasy points. The forward takes pride in being a leader for this Golden State team, especially with Curry injured. I expect another strong effort in Game 2 where he collects a lot of rebounds and assists.
Center – Heat’s Kelly Olynyk (at Philadelphia, 8PM ET) $6,100
Olynyk was a must-play for a while with Hassan Whiteside injured and then tailed off during the end of the season. In Game 1, Olynyk got back to being a focal point for Miami as the 76ers have a smaller lineup with Embiid out. He put up 40.75 fantasy points in the loss and I think he will be a top option for Miami tonight as well. The 76ers are going to remain small, which means Olynyk should see plenty of time on the floor.
