Cavaliers vs. Celtics Pick
The Cleveland Cavaliers face a tough road test tonight when they face the Boston Celtics at 7:30PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from oddsmakers at BetDSI, Cleveland is the slight favorite on the road, as the Cavs are getting odds of -1 point against the Celtics. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 201.5 points.
Cleveland is 15-7 on the season, 5-6 on the road and 8-14 against the spread. Boston is 14-10 overall, 7-5 at home and 14-9-1 against the spread. The Cavaliers have won four straight over Boston coming into tonight, dating back to last year’s playoffs. They also covered the spread in three of those four wins.
Cleveland has won its last two, but has been struggling to cover as of late, going just 1-5 against the spread. Boston is on a nice hot streak, winning five of its last seven while going 6-0-1 against the spread in that span. Both losses came by 5 points or less, losing to the Warriors and Spurs, who are the top two teams in the NBA. Look for Boston to give Cleveland a good fight tonight and get a home win.
