Heat vs. Cavs Betting Trends
CLEVELAND, OH (The Spread) – The home team has been a solid play at the betting window when the Heat play the Cavs and the two teams will meet tonight at 8:00PM ET.
The home team is 4-0 against the spread in the last four meetings between these two teams while the Cavs are 12-4 ATS in their last 16 home games. They’re also 4-1 against the number in their last five games played on Thursday.
On the other side, the Heat are 1-4 against the spread in their last five road games and are 4-10 against the number in their last 14 games versus Central Division opponents.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Cavs are 10.5-point home favorites versus the Heat after opening as an 11-point favorite. The total, meanwhile, is sitting at 195.5 after opening as high as 200 at some books.
