CLEVELAND, OH (ATS Consultants) – The home team is now 4-1 against the spread in the last five meetings between the Warriors and Cavs, who meet tonight at 9:00PM ET in Game 4 of the NBA Finals.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Cavs are 3.5-point home underdogs versus the Warriors while the over/under total is sitting at 193.5. Golden State opened as a 2.5-point favorite before the line jumped, while the total opened at 192.5 before jumping as well.
The Warriors have played soft this entire series and they are a finesse team. Clevelandh as dominated them inside with Tristan Thompson and Timofey Mozgov using their size on both ends to make an impact.
But LeBron James has just been un-guardable on drives to the basket and on post-ups. The Warriors can’t defend him and they refuse to double team, which kind of makes sense. If they double, LeBron will find J.R. Smith or Matthew Dellavedova for open looks.
