Oklahoma City was 59-23 last season and 25-16 on the road while Portland was 54-28 overall and 31-10 at home last year. Oklahoma City has won eight of its last 10 against Portland and the Thunder are 7-2-1 against the spread in that stretch. These two have hit the under in seven of their last eight meetings.
