While people are talking about LeBron James and where he will sign, Dwayne Wade also has a big decision to make in the 2010 NBA Free Agent Market.

With free agency ready to begin on July 1, the odds are out as to where Wade will be playing basketball next season.

Oddsmakers from online sports book SPORTSBETTING.com have given
Miami 1/10 odds to sign Wade again while other odds are
New York (5/1),
Chicago (10/1), the L.A. Clippers (15/1), and

New Jersey (15/1).

The big news recently came out on Monday as a radio report from Stephen A. Smith on 790AM The Ticket said Wade, Chris Bosh, and James will all be playing in Miami next season. Smith made the claim, citing unnamed sources.

Miami has the ability to sign all three without taking a cap hit as Wade re-signing with the team for a max contract leaves more money open for the other two. A re-signing doesn’t have the same affect that a new addition would have on the salary cap. Wade could also get the most money be re-signing with

Miami.

New York has cap space open to sign two max-contract players but the concern around the league is that the Knicks need a lot of help and the superstar players want to contend for titles right away. For that reason,

New York seems on the outside to sign James or Wade.

Chicago has the ability to sign three max players as the Bulls traded Kirk Hinrich during the NBA Draft last week. The Bulls have expressed interest in trying to sign James and Bosh while Wade’s name has not been brought up as much.

The Clippers and Nets also have the money for multiple contracts, but the Nets are also in a sad state in terms of talent, while the Clippers play second-fiddle to the Lakers, which seems to give them little chance of making a splash in free agency.
