Sprint All-Star Race Picks
Who will emerge as the winner of the Sprint All-Star Race tonight? Here’s some suggested drivers for this Sprint Cup race.
This year’s race will feature to 50-lap segments and then 13 green-flag laps to the finish. According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch are the two favorites, as each has 6/1 odds to win. Jimmie Johnson is currently listed with 15/2 odds. The Sprint All-Star Race takes place tonight at 9:16PM ET from Charlotte Motor Speedway in Concord, NC.
Kyle Busch has been the top driver for some time now and he comes to Charlotte with the top driver rating of anyone in the field, 104.3. Surprisingly, Busch hasn’t won this event, but we think that can change tonight.
Jimmie Johnson is a four-time winner of this exhibition, last coming in 2013. Johnson has a driver rating of 100.1 at Charlotte, which is the second best in the field. Look for Johnson to continue to be strong in this event and make a push for the win.
Carl Edwards has 10/1 odds to win tonight and we think that has good value. He was the 2011 winner of this event and carries an 80.7 driver rating to the track, which ranks seventh in the field. Edwards is a nice option if you’re looking for a little more of a payout.
