Atlanta lefty Sean Newcomb threw six shutout innings in Thursday/s 5-0 win at the Marlins as he gave up two hits with eight strikeouts and three walks. Ronald Acuna Jr. went 1-for-4 with a solo home run to help lead the offense. Ender Inciarte finished 2-for-4 with a solo homer and a walk. Freddie Freeman went 0-for-3 with two walks and a run. Nick Markakis was 2-for-5 with a double. Johan Camargo finished the contest 3-for-5 with a double and an RBI. Ozzie Albies was 1-for-4 with a walk and a run. Charlie Culberson went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBIs.
