Oakland A’s DFS SPIN
Matt Olson blasted his 27th home run of the season on Sunday, but it wasn't enough to propel the A's past the Mariners. Olson smacked a Marco Gonzales offering for a 395-foot solo shot in the third inning, extending the A's early lead to 2-0. He also singled in the contest, finishing the afternoon 2-for-4. The All-Star first baseman is having a tremendous season at the plate, slashing .287/.373/.588 with the aforementioned 27 bombs and 66 RBI.
San Diego Padres DFS Spin
Padres acquired INF Adam Frazier and cash considerations from the Pirates in exchange for INF/OF Tucupita Marcano, RHP Michell Miliano, and OF Jack Suwinksi. The Padres now have an all-star at every infield position behind the pitcher between Frazier, Cronenworth, Tatis, and Machado. Frazier will take his .324/.388/.448 slash line to good use in the competitive NL West division where San Diego is pulling out all the stops this season to build a winning ballclub. Tucupita Marcano, the number five prospect in the Padres system, is the prized asset returning to Pittsburgh.
