According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Simon Pagenaud and Scott Dixon are currently listed as co-favorites, as each has 9/2 odds. Will Power is coming in with 5/1 odds. This race will take place on Sunday at Noon ET from Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Dixon is on the pole for Sunday’s race. Dixon won this race back in 2008, but has finished outside the top 10 the last two years. Dixon has one victory this season and is currently fourth in the IndyCar standings.
Pagenaud qualified third for Sunday’s race. He is competing in this race for just the fourth time and his previous three attempts saw him finish outside the top 5. His is currently 10th in the IndyCar standings. He has no wins this year with two top 5s.
Power will start from the second position on Sunday. He is looking for his first Indy 500 victory. His best finish was fifth back in 2009. He is currently second in the IndyCar standings with one win and three top 5s.
