Kwan went 3-for-4 on the night to up his slash line to .276/.347/.378 on the season; however, nobody else on the Guardians was able to get much done to help out. For his part, all three of Kwan’s hits were singles, so he continues to produce a fantasy profile that’s a solid batting average and good speed (15 steals) hitting atop the Guardians’ lineup. He may push for 90 runs scored and will end up being a useful contributor in three categories, but his fantasy value is really dependent on what your team needs because he will give you no power or RBIs to speak of.
Chicago White Sox DFS SPIN
Tim Anderson went 2-for-4 with his first home run of the season in Saturday’s 7-2 win over the Guardians. Finally, Tim Anderson has a home run this season. The shortstop had gone a ridiculous 96 games without a home run as part of a really slow start to the season. However, he made the wait worth it with an absolute nuke, 430 feet to left field at 108.2 mph off of the bat. Anderson has turned it around in July as well. Coming into Saturday, he was hitting .276/.326/.322, so if he can get a little of that pop back in his bat, he should be able to produce his typical solid results to end the year.
