Brandon Woodruff (shoulder) threw 25 pitches during a successful bullpen session on Tuesday. The right-hander was able to mix in both fastballs and breaking balls in Tuesday’s session as he continues his steady recovery from a shoulder issue. He’s expected to continue raising his pitch count in bullpen sessions before eventually facing live hitters. There’s still no clear timetable for when he could rejoin the Brewers’ rotation, but he’s at least trending in the right direction.
