Denver Nuggets DFS Spin
Nikola Jokic (finger sprain, right hand) is probable for Friday’s game against the Warriors. Jokic is listed as probable, so it appears likely that he’ll be on the floor. But this is a concerning injury for fantasy managers who are counting on Jokic to provide a high field-goal percentage along with his other stats. While he talked down the effects of a right wrist injury during the preseason (and he shot 12-of-17 in the loss to Utah), another injury to Jokic’s shooting hand/wrist is the last thing anyone wanted to see. Look for the Joker to be fine, but this is a suboptimal situation.
Golden State Warriors DFS Spin
Steph Curry hit 10-of-22 shots, four 3-pointers and 9-of-9 free throws on his way to a game-high 33 points, six rebounds, seven assists, four steals, a block and four turnovers in 33 minutes of Tuesday’s opening win. Curry is healthy and looked like vintage Steph tonight, filling the stat sheet in the process. He should be good to go against the Nuggets on Friday, when he’ll look to post a similar line. The Warriors won’t have ring night to motivate them in that one, but it shouldn’t matter.
