Penguins struggling vs. Rangers
NEW YORK, NY (The Spread) – The Penguins have had their issues versus the Rangers, whom they’ll visit tonight at 7:00PM ET in Game 1.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book GT Bets, the Rangers are -175 money line favorites versus the Penguins, who are +158 money line underdogs. The total, meanwhile, is sitting at 5 goals.
The Penguins are just 1-6 in their last seven games versus the Rangers and really slumped heading into the postseason. They’re 1-4 in their last five road games, 1-5 in their last six games overall and a dreadful 1-9 in their last 10 games versus Eastern Conference foes.
On the other side, the Rangers are 20-9 in their last 29 home games and 42-15 in their last 57 games overall.
